This patient came to Tara as she was not happy with the appearance of her 2 front teeth. The patient had one of the teeth previously root filled and it had discoloured. Tara came up with a plan of home bleaching and something called internal bleaching. The patient was able to come for several visits where Tara was able to pop some of the bleaching solution inside the root filled tooth to whiten it from the inside.

By combining both bleaching methods the patient was happy and noticed a big difference in the shade of her teeth.
